Exceptional Exteriors | Roofing Contractors | CHICAGO ILLINOIS

"I had an excellent experience with Exceptional Exteriors after they repaired my hail-damaged roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It was truly a pleasure working with Steve, who made the insurance process so much easier to understand and navigate. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured everything was handled correctly. Antonio did an outstanding job managing the project—everything stayed on schedule and the workmanship was top-notch. I also want to recognize Sarah, my representative throughout the process. She was incredibly supportive, communicative, and made sure I always knew what to expect every step of the way. The team at Exceptional Exteriors went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing or exterior work!"

"They did my roof on the house and garage and were able to get me approved by Allstate insurance. They were actually referred to me by my agent! Steve did an amazing job and they cleaned up really nicely. I referred them to a good friend of mine from church and they got her approved too! Highly recommend, Exceptional stands behind their name."

"After the hailstorm in our area, many salespeople knocked on our door and left brochures. Mike was the only one who actually showed us the damage to our siding and was willing to get up on our steep roof. Knowing the business owner was also the salesperson put our minds at ease. He knew what he was talking about, clearly explained what needed to be done (new roof, new siding, new window wraps, new garage door, new gutters), and did it. Our insurance company has not been easy to work with, but with Mike's persistence, repeated calls, photos, and coaching, our insurance payout was higher than originally anticipated. He was at our house the day the agent arrived, explained all of the insurance statements, and shared the step-by-step process. Forty years of homeownership, and this was our first claim. We were relieved to have such capable guidance. Honestly, we don't know how we would've gotten through the insurance system without Mike! The roof, siding, and gutter teams were hardworking, friendly, tidy, and respectful. We came to trust them as much as we did Mike. We have five different levels on our roof and complicated walls on our two-story house to be sided. Each was a big job that took several weeks to complete. Regardless of the heat, the guys came each morning with smiles on their faces and worked very hard until dark, with only a lunch break. They took pride in their work, and it showed! Our house has truly been transformed from top to bottom! Exceptional Exteriors is aptly named. From start to finish, all of our exterior needs have been taken care of exceptionally! I highly recommend Mike and his expert teams! I've included before-and-after photos."
