Chicago Flat Roof Services

"Truly amazing experience working with Shawn and his team. We purchased a property in the Hyde Park area, and after speaking with several contractors, we learned that our flat roof hadn’t been serviced in 10–15 years (we had some leaks). Shawn and his team provided several repair options and thoroughly explained the benefits of each. We ultimately chose the roof restoration route. Shawn took the time to walk me through their process in detail, clearly outlined the scope of work, and delivered exactly what was promised. Before the project began, we even inspected the roof together, which gave me added confidence in their approach. They stand behind the quality of their work and offer coverage for the restoration, which provided additional peace of mind. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Shawn and his team. One happy Chicagoan!"

"Shawn was excellent to work with. We needed just regular wear/tear maintenance on our TPO flat roof in Lincoln Park Chicago. His crew came out next day and took photos of all the work they did. They cleaned our gutter system, caulked everything up, fixed seams, installed some new pvc stacks, and more. I got updates via text throughout the whole process and was very happy with the work!"

"Shawn and his team did a great job reconditioning the entire roof and repairing a leaking area of our roof near the roof top A/C. Issued a thorough contract and followed it to the T. Communicated throughout the process and responded timely."
