Kristoffer's Cakes

"Kristoffer's is hands down my favorite dessert place in the city. Growing up in a Mexican family I have to admit I never liked tres leches... but they've figured out the perfect recipe at Kristoffer's. Every cake I've tried is delectable, but my personal favorite is the all chocolate tres leches. I live half a block away and have to refrain from stopping in for a slice every night. I've recommended and bought slices for so many people at this point and everyone loves it, even people who don't like tres leches. In addition to the amazing cakes, the atmosphere the family creates is warm and welcoming. Always expect a smile to greet you on your way in :) I'll be returning for my chocolate slice for many years to come!"
