Auto Service Experts

"After my recent accident, I chose Auto Service Experts, and it was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any business in Chicago. From day one, their team handled everything with true white-glove service. They coordinated directly with State Farm, managed the insurance negotiations, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process…eliminating what is usually a very stressful situation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional. The repairs were completed flawlessly… you genuinely cannot tell my vehicle was ever involved in an accident. Even more impressive, they returned my car fully cleaned and detailed inside and out, looking showroom-ready with an incredible shine. What really sets Auto Service Experts apart is their commitment to customer care. They even arranged transportation and personally picked me up when my vehicle was ready, which goes far beyond what most auto body shops offer. If you’re in Chicago and need collision repair done professionally, honestly, and without headaches, this is a shop you can trust. High-quality work, excellent communication, and a team that truly stands behind their service. Highly recommended."

"Excellent service at Auto Service Experts. They handled my car with real professionalism and attention to detail. From the mechanical work to the body repair, everything was done right and the car came back looking and running great. Honest shop, fair pricing, and solid communication the whole way through. Big thanks to my friend Miguel Guadarrama for recommending them — he pointed me to the right place. If you need reliable auto repair or body work, this is definitely a shop you can trust."

"I wanted to share the before & after pics of the work Gateway Auto did on my car! Exceptional work! They also fixed a door that wouldn't open & the window now works!"
