"Afternoon sun slanted in, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for this part of the city. A decent beer selection, and the bartender seemed happy to leave me to my own thoughts. It’s not flashy, but it feels solid for a quiet drink."

"One of my new favorite cocktail bars in the city! Went in on a Saturday night, and it was lively and fun without being overwhelming. It’s a stylish place for sure without feeling intimidating or pretentious. Bartenders were all very helpful, fast, and friendly (shout out in particular to Maya for checking up on me and chatting about writing for a bit! She was also super funny!) I got two great cocktails for $12 and $13 each, the Percolator and the Golden Ghost, that were fantastic! Definitely would’ve spend closer to $40-$50 for something similar elsewhere 😅 didn’t get to try any food, but I really enjoyed the bar overall!"

"If you want to sit at a restored super cool old bar, this is it. Beautiful wood work, fun lighting in cased within the bar, and to pair with that is their wonderful bar staff. Kind and welcoming, not to mention quite knowledgeable on spirits and craft cocktails. I'd for sure come back here again. I did a classic espresso martini but subbed in a decent tequila in place of the vodka. It was smooth, fluffy, and fresh. YUMMY! Parking on street was fairly easy (we were here during day on a week day though)."
