DuSable Harbor

"We were in town for a concert, & did some quick sightseeing with someone who had never been to the area. We didn't have much time because of the traffic pattern having changed while they are doing construction on the road, but we had to take her to the water's edge at least and this was the quickest point from where we were (March '25). The area was well maintained and clean. Plenty of space to run or walk if you wished, on the sidewalk running along the water. Wished we had had more time for a longer walk but it was also a perfect point to have an Uber pick us up before the concert (If traveling while they are doing construction on the road near the airport, make sure you are checking times of travel if taking a car/taxi. What took us 20-30 in previous trips took us 45 min to an hour to get out near the airport)."

"We stayed at DuSable Harbor on our boat for four nights. The location is perfect To enjoy Chicago on foot! We took an Uber to a Cubs game due to Distance but otherwise walked everywhere! The marina is clean; the staff are not extremely boat knowledgeable but very helpful."
