Dr. Cezar Tolentino

"I am an RN, and Dr. Tolentino is my older sisters primary care doctor. She is handicapped and I take her for doctors appointments. My first impression of Dr. Tolentino was very positive . He exudes warmth and sincerity. We felt immediately comfortable and trusting in his care. He has given us referrals for specialists and we felt equally comfortable and happy with his choices/referrals . We like him very much . He explains test results and procedures in simple language which my sister understands, instead of using multi syllable and technical jargon. He doesn’t run in and out , but listens to my sister’s concerns and questions with interest and sincerity. We leave his office very satisfied that our questions were throughly discussed and answered , therefore we /she feels more knowledgeable about our her issues which is consoling. We have referred him to friends and family who were equally impressed with him."

"I first was very reluctant to switch out my doctors due to me entering the next stage of my life (my gynecologist linked to Dr. Tarantino to be my primary care doctor) but, turns out to be a hidden blessing. Not only is he a great communicator, but he’s down to earth, he’s humble, and he’s culturally competent. These are things that really matter to me as a Black woman that wants to make sure I maintain my excellent health despite being very conscious about the medical industrial complex system that has impacted my community. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, that is all the things that I mentioned, as well as charismatic, engaging, and will talk to you about the intersections of his history with your history as a person of African descent, than Tolentino is the one for you. He is amazing!"
