"Just returned from a quick trip to Chicago and couldn’t be happier with the location we booked through Cloud9. Will definitely return to the 1000M Apartments on S Michigan Avenue. The view of Lake Michigan and the parks along the waterfront were awesome! We were pleasantly surprised to find the refrigerator stocked with breakfast food for our first morning there. Cloud9 did a great job of communication when it came to the reservation and checked on us each day of the stay. Reception was friendly and helpful. Paris Baguette is only a block away and convenient for breakfast. Location was quiet and only a short walk to the Chicago River."

"We took the kids to Chicago for a few days and our stay here couldn't have been better! We had the best views of the lake AND city we could have asked for and we were a quick 8 minutes away from downtown. The staff was very helpful and the property was so clean and well kept. I highly recommend staying here. When we eventually go back to chicago, we will not be looking for other options, this will be our place from now on."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at 1000M! The space was extremely clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and truly ready to use, which made settling in so easy. We took advantage of many of the amenities and especially loved the gym. The location is fantastic and offers an impressive range of shared amenities as well. There’s a dedicated kids’ floor, a beautiful pool, sauna, rooftop space, a library, and thoughtfully designed work-from-home areas, which made the stay feel both relaxing and functional. It’s a short distance from the Art Institute, and we enjoyed walking to Water Tower Place, spending time in the park, and exploring other popular museums Chicago has to offer, all within walking distance. Every detail felt incredibly well thought out. We were impressed that they even provided earplugs in case the city felt too loud, though the space itself was quiet and very restful. We loved the espresso machine and the attention to detail throughout. All of the products provided were low-toxin, which we truly appreciated. The linens were fresh, and the bed was incredibly cozy. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Parking is conveniently located right behind the building and was reasonably priced, which was a nice bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago."
